Could RAVE 99′ Make A Comeback? / The Whistle Blowers!

Inhouseu.com has an article regarding the return of the whistle ravers. The piece takes note of furry boobies and the recycling of retro beats. ‘I have been on the scene for 20 years and we’ll hear a track and think that it could’ve been made years ago.’ according to Basement Jaxx. The story also says the new soon to be item on the dance scene will be rabbit ears! Let’s see.

Electro/Bloghouse parties all have some major problems right now
No Dancing
All about getting your picture taken
and worse of all OVER SATURATION on any given night in NYC you can find 5+ parties all playing the exact same music that were downloaded from the same websites.
every DJ has every song. Other then the “mainstream” players releases, like S3LR and Hixy, the majority of CandyRave “Hardcore” music is not digital, it’s still on wax, it’s not easy to get, and the parties are not as common. This Probally why candyball draws 800+ people every 4 months in NYC (even with a 35 dollar cover). People who enjoy the music don’t have a choice, and *GASP* they are excited to hear something NEW…not the same thing they hear last week, that they heard a month ago.
Bloghouse parties BEG people to come, because they have nothing to seperate them, people are looking for something diffrent, and some place they can acutally DANCE!!!
I see RAVE making a huge comeback as i think more and more realize the fun thats been lacking from parties lately.
