*update* ////// SF LovEvolution [LoveFest] has truly lost sight of the event. What was once to be a sunny day dancing in the streets for dance, has now become an overpriced “after-party” gearing towards two of SF’s major event promoters.

Have we forgotten why we’re dancing in the streets. The problem is not the after party, but the simple fact that these two events seem as one, which is wrong. These are two separate events, two events with totally two different missions.

I’d rather cancel SF LovEvolution altogether and have one massive “After Party” then to haze the roots of LovEvolution (LoveFest, LoveParade).

What happened to the Love?

The SF LoveParade, I mean Lovefest, my bad, SF LovEvolution is back this year. With a new name, LovEvolution,  the festival that could will enter another year of dance floats that will fill the San Francisco’s streets with thumbin electronic music. Can the festival hold out another year? Will it be better then before? Last year  Spundae / Skills / Ruby Skye / Ultra Records joined forces to jolt the party with international DJs Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Kaskade and ATB. Hopefully other floats have been saving their pennies for crowd shakers.
